We are seeking a Risk Manager to join our Strategic Investment office and contribute to the CPPA risk management team. Given our company's significant involvement in trading activities, we are particularly exposed to market and counterparty risks.
Hence, we require a team member who can effectively assess, control, manage, and minimize these risks. The preferred candidate should demonstrate strong proficiency in risk management and possess financial analysis capabilities for evaluating counterparties and establishing risk thresholds, as well as quantitative skills for calculating risk metrics at the counterparty, trade, and portfolio levels.
1). 風險辨識與評估: 負責辨識企業購售電契約 (CPPA) 法規及轉供流程的潛在風險,並全面負責CPPA風險評估,以降低公司在收益方面的風險。
2). 風險管理: 有系統地評估和管理轉供相關風險,確保團隊能夠選擇最適合的CPPA客戶 (off-takers) 和再生能源售電業合作夥伴 (renewable energy retailers),並能夠應對各種情境調整。
3). 策略規劃: 依照市場動態及風險評估結果,發展CPPA定價策略。
4). 監控與遵循: 定期追蹤CPPA相關風險指標和執行情形,確保相關人員遵守相關法規和標準,以便及時控制風險。
5). 風險緩減與保險: 確保取得並有效管理降低CPPA相關風險的程序或商品,以確保有足夠的風險緩減措施。
6).跨部門溝通: 與公司其他部門密切協調,解決售電所需的操作問題,確保順利執行。
Responsibilities:
1). Risk Identification and Assessment - Identifying potential risks in Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (CPPAs) regulations and transfer processes, and fully accountable for CPPA risk assessment to mitigate the company's risks in terms of revenue.
2). Risk Management - Systematically assess and manage risks related to power purchase transfers, ensuring the team can select the most suitable CPPA customers (off-takers) and renewable energy retail partners and adapt to various scenarios.
3). Strategic Planning - Develop CPPA pricing strategies based on market dynamics and risk assessment results.
4). Monitoring and Compliance—Track CPPA-related risk indicators and execution status to ensure timely risk control by relevant personnel who are compliant with relevant regulations and standards.
5). Risk Mitigation and Insurance: Ensure the acquisition and effective management of procedures or products to reduce CPPA-related risks, ensuring sufficient risk mitigation measures are in place.
6). Interdepartmental Communication: Coordinate closely with other departments within the company to address operational issues related to power sales and ensure smooth execution.
