• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, Fixed assets list and accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to management to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, Tax regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports as required.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management and other departments.
