Lead and oversee the SAP consulting team, ensuring efficient project delivery and client satisfaction.
2. 為顧問提供指導和輔導,促進其專業成長和發展。
Provide guidance and mentorship to consultants, fostering their professional growth and development.
3. 跨部門團隊溝通及合作,優化流程,提高組織總體表現。
Collaborate with other department heads to streamline processes and improve overall organizational performance.
4. 制定和實施戰略計劃,以增強SAP顧問服務並擴大客戶群。
Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance SAP consulting services and expand client base.
5. 充當客戶和內部團隊之間的聯絡人,在專案執行過程中解決可能出現的任何問題或疑慮。
Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise during project execution.
6. 保持行業趨勢和最佳實踐的最新信息,不斷提升團隊能力和服務水準。
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously improving team capabilities and service offerings.
【Requirements】
• 至少8年以上的SAP顧問工作經驗,精通多個SAP模組。
Minimum of 8 years of experience as an SAP consultant, with proficiency in multiple SAP modules.
• 至少5年以上的管理或領導角色經驗,具有卓越的領導和團隊管理技能。
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role, demonstrating strong leadership and team management skills.
• 具備領導SAP實施專案的豐富經驗。
Proven track record of successfully leading SAP implementation projects from inception to completion.
• 出色的溝通和人際交往能力,能夠有效地與客戶和內部利益相關者合作。
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders.
• 出色的解決問題能力和積極主動解決挑戰的態度。
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• 良好的英文閱讀和寫作能力;中等的英文口語能力。
Language Proficiency: Upper-intermediate English reading/writing skills; Intermediate English speaking ability.
