Responsibilities:
-Produce design works across various formats and platforms, including visual identities, motion graphics, social media visuals, launch events, and campaign key visuals.
-Drive execution of creative assignments, including video and photo production, creative development, and events.
-Support developing innovative and creative concepts, and prove them through visual presentations with art directors.
-Based on brand guidelines, establish and maintain a consistent look and feel for regional initiatives.
-Collaborate with different marketing functions, including marcom, social marketing, and email marketing.
-Collaborate with the product team to deliver a successful outcome and project efficiency.
-Responsible for delivering projects on time, and in a professional manner.
Requirements:
-With 5+ years of design experience at a design agency or in a marketing department.
-You must have a portfolio of creative samples showing a range of work.
-Hands-on proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
-Experience in motion graphics/ 3D animation production is a plus.
-A passion for quality, and a need to push design skills to the limit.
-Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in all design and brand touchpoints.
-Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple parallel-path projects.
-Team player who enjoys collaborating with a high-performing team.
