Job summary:
• Internal and external communication
• HR relatives local supports and contact
• Assist GM, projects and events assignment
Key duties and responsibilities:
• Communication
- Internal communication from Global and Region information cascade to local for awareness and further actions
- External communication, such as public affairs connection with key stakeholders
- Company event, townhall, internal and external visit owner
- Employee committee coordination
• HR relatives as local contact
- Support Global and Regional HR relatives for local contact
- Assist employee on board and off board process
- Privacy data, Benefit, HSE (Healthy, Safety, Environment), security, crises management
- National insurance, group insurance, labour insurance authorized contact, healthy check organiser
• GM Assistant
- project and event assignment by GM
- Cross BU and IDS coordination
Experience/Competencies:
- At least 10 years of experience in healthy care industry or multinational company
- Good knowledge in HR relative regulation, such as labour law
- Bachelor`s degree or above
- Good project management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, people management skill
- Good inter-personal skill, Good communication skill
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- MS office skills (Word, PPT, Excel and Outlook) proficiency
