Main Responsibilities
- To execute marketing and PR functions
- To execute merchandising: stock-keeping management, allocation and delivery to POS
- To assist after sale service of the brand
- To assist all other administrative operations for the brand
1/ Marketing & PR: to assist and execute below tasks
• Trade marketing: trade promotions; visual merchandising, products launches, POS animations, brand information to POS
• Marketing and POS materials, product samples: preparation and inventory management
• Brand information: update and translation of related documents, including products, marketing, sell-out, assortment recommendations, training tools and materials…etc.
• New product launches and existing lines development: events, co-events, CRM, exhibition, contests, etc…
• PR: social media actions, monitoring, media material preparation and production; media contacting, reporting…etc., and other PR actoins
• Marketing reporting: marketing related reports
• Marketing vendors: contacting and management
• All other marketing related assistance required by marketing and brand head
2/ Merchandising: to assist below tasks
• Daily operational tasks: retailers orders, POS VM control, VM stock management,
• Demand review and forecasting / Monthly urgent needs preparation
• Inventory control: warehouse and POS inventory, including inter-POS product transfer
• Product allocation and delivery to POS
• POS Maintenance
3/ After sale service
• Repair cases: follow up and retailers contact
4/ Other administrative operations
• Financial operations: POS contract, marketing expenses…
• Payments applications: for retailers, including push money, expenses covered by the brand…etc.
