◎ Guide users in resolving platform issues or submitting customer service cases.
◎ Assist users in resolving account or payment-related issues.
◎ Engage in written communication with users in both Chinese and English, such as through email and live chat.
◎ Follow up on and resolve customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
◎ Provide consultation services on relevant matters.
【Job Information】
Time: Shift work, 7 AM-10 PM (8+1 hours per shift)
Location: Near Xingtian Temple MRT Station, 4-7 minutes walk from the station
Salary: 40,000-50,000 per month, with annual bonus
【Requirements】
_Work experience: Not required, customer service related experience is a plus
_Language proficiency: Fluent in Mandarin, Intermediate English with basic communication or written skills
