The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative and marketing tasks. This includes but is not limited to: 1. Office Administration: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. This includes coordinating with suppliers and consultants, managing schedules, and maintaining office records. 2. Marketing Support: Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing emails, manage social media accounts, and support other marketing initiatives. 3. Communication: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and good communication skills in English. 4. Editing Skills: Possess exceptional editing skills in Chinese, with a focus on refining and enhancing texts to ensure clarity and ease of understanding for the target audience. 5. Translation: Provide English-Chinese translation for various documents and communications. 6. Problem Solving: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Qualifications: Proficiency in Chinese and working proficiency of English. Previous experience in an administrative role. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Marketing, Photography, Design, Graphic Design or Architecture is a plus. Avoid applying if: You lack interest in continuous improvement. You are seeking a short-term job.
