Summary: (Senior) Accountant The (Senior) Accountant, supports comprehensive financial operations across the supply chain, including inventory management, payables/receivables, bank reconciliation, intercompany settlements, and statutory compliance. This role ensures timely and accurate accounting records to support supply chain optimization and operational transparency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in transactional accounting, with a preference for experience in manufacturing, distribution, or packaging environments. Supervisory Responsibilities: • None Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Process and review accounts payable, ensuring all expenses and purchase transactions are properly documented before payment. 2. Manage accounts receivable, including timely cheque deposits and verification of sales transaction accuracy. 3. Monitor cash flow and perform daily bank reconciliations for accurate recording of transactions. 4. Issue GUI invoices for TWD sales and coordinate with CPA for annual statutory reporting. 5. Prepare intercompany billing details and support cost reconciliation with headquarters. 6. Assist with month-end closing and generate reports analyzing SCM-related expenses and revenues. 7. Oversee petty cash, checking accounts, and provide general support to the SCM team. 8. Calculate employee overtime and maintain leave records. 9.
