．廠務管理
1. 負責廠區系統的日常運行、維護及巡檢，包括：電力、供水、廢水、消防、HVAC（暖通空調）、空壓及環境控制系統。
2. 規劃並執行廠區設施的改善工程、維修計畫及承包商管理。
3. 制定並落實設備及公共設施的預防性維護計畫。
4. 確保符合建築安全法規、公共安全要求及相關許可證辦理。
5. 優化系統管理，推動數位化管理系統，提升運營效率。
6. 負責供應商管理、採購流程及相關成本評估。
．環境健康與安全（EHS）管理
1. 建立並執行職業安全與健康政策，確保符合法規及企業標準。
2. 進行工作場所安全檢查、稽核及風險評估，落實風險控制措施。
3. 管理事故報告、調查及改善計畫，預防未來安全事故發生。
4. 負責消防安全計畫，包括設備維護、定期檢查及應急演練。
5. 提供EHS 培訓課程，提升員工對職業安全與健康的意識。
6. 作為政府機構及監管部門的聯絡窗口，應對外部審查及稽核。
7. 監督承包商安全合規性，特別是在工程施工及無塵室環境中確保安全標準執行。
