怡凡得股份有限公司

天大地大台科大、怡凡得挺台科大。2025年三~四月期間，適逢國立臺灣科技大學五十週年校慶，美商怡凡得股份有限公司與國立臺灣科技大學進行了一系列的產業實務講座與企業參訪交流。面對台灣目前少子化及勞動力高齡化嚴重所帶來的人才招募挑戰，各大企業紛紛向大專院校學生招手，甚至與學校合作，學生畢業後即投入該企業成為生力軍。為此，我們也須積極拓展校園招募通路，同時，我們也期望企業社會責任能在技職教育上所有投入與貢獻，期望透過與大專院校的產學合作，提升我們公司品牌在年輕人才間的能見度與吸引力。 美商怡凡得股份有限公司在2025年4月11日特別由台科大的傑出校友郭騰煜(Norton Kuo)邀請國立台灣科技大學大學部及研究所部學生至本公司進行企業參訪活動。當天我們準備了小餐點和一些歡迎企業宣傳品小禮物分送給同學們。在愉快輕鬆的氣氛中，我們透過專業的簡報、在職工程師的經驗分享、與學生們Q&A的互動交流活動，讓更多的學生族群能在即將投入就業市場之前能對我司在半導體產業鏈中所有認識，進而讓我們公司的企業品牌形象能夠讓學生們有初步的了解。同時我司也支持了獎助學金，展現企業社會責任的投入，建立長期人才培育與校園徵才活動。在參訪過程中，學生們交頭接耳的說”好酷喔~感覺好厲害的公司喔~”，並且好奇的問: ”我要如何增強自己的技能才能進到我們公司工作呢？我們需要接受英語能力測驗嗎？我們畢業了可以申請貴公司什麼工作呢？等等問題。”，這代表我們的活動已經吸引了他們的眼球、企業小樹苗已經深植他們的心中開始發芽了。我們希望這些同學未來能夠在自己理想的公司工作，也鼓勵大家未來有機會的話，加入我們的半導體供應鏈、並歡迎有機會加入在專業領域首屈一指的領導公司 - Advantek。 Faced with the talent recruitment challenges brought about by Taiwan's declining birthrate and aging population, major companies have extended their recruitment tentacles to campuses, actively taking actions and even cooperating with schools to allow students to join the company immediately after graduation and become a new force in science and technology. Therefore, in the long run, we must also actively expand campus recruitment channels. At the same time, we also hope that corporate social responsibility can be invested in vocational education to contribute corporate strength. We hope to enhance the visibility and appeal of our company’s brand among young talents through industry-university collaboration with universities. On April 11, Norton as an outstanding alumnus of NTU, represented Advantek TWAN and invited undergraduate and graduate students from NTU (National Taiwan University of Science and Technology) to visit our company. On that day, we prepared some meals and some welcome kits for the students. In a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, we went through activities such as professional introduction, experience sharing by our engineers, and interactive Q&A with students, we helped more students gain a deeper understanding of our company’s position in the semiconductor industry chain before entering the workplaces, and helped our company’s corporate brand image gain a initial understanding among the students on campus. At the same time, our company also supports scholarships to demonstrate its commitment to corporate social responsibility and establishes long-term talent training and recruitment activities. During the visit, students kept whispering “it’s cool~, Amazing company~” and curiously asked questions like “What kind of skills do we need to work in the company? Do we need to be tested on our English proficiency? When we graduate, what jobs can we apply for? and so on.” This meant that our activities had caught their attention, and the seedlings of our corporate image had taken root in their hearts. We hope that these students will be able to work in their ideal companies in the future, and we also encourage everyone to join our semiconductor supply chain if they have the opportunity.
