Build the bridge between the design engineer and the manufactures * Evaluate product design with regards to design to manufacturing and cost * Discuss and align all technical details with the supplier * Coordinate design changes onsite * Monitor production of R&D and pilot run samples * Support supplier to develop P-FMEA based on Canyon D-FMEA * Ensure completers, understanding and correctness of all documentation as required * Manage timeline and escalate * Varify process capability and capacity Profile : * Strong experience in design, mechanical or manufacturing engineering * Experience in application of problem-solving capabilities ( 8D, Ishikawa, 5Why...etc) * Strong personality with ability to communicate on different hierarchy levels ( from shop floor people to top management ) * Basic CAD skills ( 2D/3D) * Willing to travel to China , Vietnman, Cambodia..) * Enthusiastic about Canyon products and high affinity for cycling * At least 6 years of experience in Bike field Please visit website : www.canyon.com for products information
