★ Job Description： Working as a senior hardware engineer in ARGOX, you will be responsible for product development, customer/production support and new technology research mainly from the hardware aspect. You will handle the entire product development process from concept brainstorming/proofing, creating hardware specifications, circuit design, layout review, engineering verification, technical transfer to mass production by communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams closely and smoothly. You will sort out various issues happening in development process and to customer, with initiating any potential methods by continuous learning and creative thinking. 1. 建立生產線製程管控計劃 (PFMEA)。 2. 監控生產線製程良率與穩定性 (CP, CPK)。 3. 處理生產線製程異常，進行問題分析 (8D)。 4. 新產品試產及量產導入品質把關，確保出貨產品符合客戶要求。 5. 協助IPQC制定生產線日常巡檢與首件查檢項目，確保製程品質。 6. OQC出貨檢驗SOP製作與維護。

有電子組裝廠工作經驗(組裝、測試及包裝工作) 孰悉電動起子作業,態度積極肯學習, 可接少量多樣生產工作內容 能配合平日及假日加班

1.Tiptop ERP 系統維護、客製程式開發、相關報表修改。 2.EasyFlow 表單開發、維護。 3.熟悉Oracle資料庫。

EMI/EMC 問題分析與處理 - 協助研發工程師在設計階段預防電磁干擾（EMI）問題。 - 進行內部測試與除錯（debug），找出干擾源並提出改善方案。 - 控制成本並確保產品符合電磁相容性（EMC）規範。 2. 安規測試與認證管理 - 安排產品送外部實驗室進行安規測試。 - 撰寫並整理測試報告與技術文件，確保符合法規要求。 - 與外部機構及內部研發部門，溝通協調認證進度與技術問題。 3. 法規研究與應用 - 研讀並掌握各國安規標準（如 IEC 62368-1、IEC 60950-1）。 - 確保產品設計與製造流程符合市場法規。 4. 團隊協作與溝通 - 與研發、品保、測試等部門密切合作。 - 清楚傳達安規要求與技術改善建議。
