Explore potential solutions to uplift post-purchase satisfaction incl order tracker, communication with rider, customer feedback flow design. 【Plan Execution/Project management】 1. Provide clear action proposal by project base. 2. Design flow chart and easy wireframe for cross-function communication and co-work. 3. Work closely with IT, designers, even outside vendors on UI frames, and prototype. 4.
