About the Role As Trek’s Global Logistics Manager- Asia, you will lead the development and execution of logistics strategies that support our global footprint, including import/export operations throughout Asia. You will inspire and guide an awesome team driving global import/export operations, cultivating strategic logistics partnerships, and architecting scalable, tech-enabled frameworks that fuel long-term growth and operational excellence. This role requires a strategic leader with hands-on execution ability, a passion for innovation, and a deep understanding of global logistics operations and best practice. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Framework Design • Develop and execute global logistics strategies aligned with Trek’s mission to get more people on bikes • Design operational frameworks that scale with business growth, including process standardization, regional adaptations, and partner integration. • Build and lead a high-performing logistics team focused on excellence and continuous improvement. International Shipping & Vendor Management • Oversee planning, execution, and data management of all shipments from Asia, including air, ocean, and parcel. • Manage logistics providers through a partnership first mentality. • Utilize vendor scorecards and hold partners accountable to performance and compliance standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration • Collaborate with sourcing, forecasting, warehousing, and global logistics teams to meet end to end supply chain goals. • Partner with internal stakeholders to manage projects, optimize costs, and support product launches. Compliance, Risk & Continuous Improvement • Stay up to date with global trade regulations and proactively mitigate risks related to duties, tariffs, and border controls. • Proactively identify risks, delays, and inefficiencies; lead the charge on continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure logistics systems are compliant, scalable, and aligned with Trek’s technology roadmap- data quality is critical! Performance Monitoring & Reporting • Create performance dashboards and executive reports focused on origin operation KPIs. • Monitor logistics performance and drive data-informed decisions to improve service and reduce costs. The Successful Applicant • 8+ years of experience in global logistics, preferably in consumer goods or manufacturing. • Strong leadership and team-building skills. • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability. • Experience in logistics process build-up, vendor management, and international shipping. • Familiarity with logistics systems (e.g., TMS, ERP) and data-driven decision-making. • Deep knowledge of compliance, customs, and global trade regulations. • Passion for innovation, technology, and sustainable logistics solutions.

Job Location Trek Bicycle Taiwan – Taichung Office Position Summary Trek Bicycle Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Financial Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain Finance team in Taiwan. This role will support our global operations by partnering closely with Trek’s finance teams in the U.S., Europe, and Asia to ensure accurate costing, inventory valuation, and financial insights that drive better decision-making across the supply chain. This is a high-impact role that blends strong analytical skills with cross-functional collaboration, supporting Trek’s mission to deliver world-class products efficiently and cost-effectively. Key Responsibilities Global Costing Support - Assist the Taiwan Finance Manager with quoting analytics, including cost breakdowns and trend analysis. - Communicate key drivers of cost changes to global stakeholders and ensure accurate entry into Trek’s PLM and ERP systems. - Support the should-cost process by analyzing bills of material (BOMs) for accuracy and validating supplier quotes. Supplier Currency & Cost Management - Manage supplier currency agreements and monitor FX impacts. - Communicate changes and impact estimates to key business partners across sourcing, product, and finance teams. Regional Finance Partnership - Develop into a key finance contact for Trek’s APAC subsidiary, supporting costing and variance resolution. - Collaborate with regional teams to address supply chain costing issues, including deadstock inventory, tooling investments, and other operational cost drivers. Continuous Improvement & Audit Support - Participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives across finance and operations. - Support supplier audits and cost transparency efforts to enhance financial accuracy and accountability. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. - 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or supply chain finance. - Strong Excel skills required; experience with Power BI or other analytics tools a plus. - Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred). - Strong analytical, organizational, presentation skills, with the ability to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, cross-cultural environment. - Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in English (written and verbal). Excellent English communication skills are essential.
