Position Overview: The Project Manager will report directly to the President of the company. This role is responsible for overseeing the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) coordination, as well as leading the evaluation of new plant proposals for production lines, R&D, and QC lab expansion. Key Responsibilities ․ Lead and coordinate all RBA and ESG initiatives across the organization. ․ Evaluate and manage proposals for new plant construction, production line upgrades, and expansion of R&D and QC laboratories. ․ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with company strategy and compliance requirements. ․ Prepare and present project updates and proposals to senior management, including the President. ․ Oversee the implementation of engineering solutions and ensure projects meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations. ․ Develop risk assessments and mitigation strategies for all assigned projects. ․ Liaise with external partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies as needed.

Job Summary: ․ This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and overseeing day-to-day employee benefits administration. ․ This role works closely with departments across the organization to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. This collaboration helps integrate systems and data seamlessly, driving efficiency and accuracy. ․ As the primary point of contact for employee payroll inquiries and concerns, this role must excel in customer service, fostering a supportive environment where employees feel confident reaching out with payroll or benefits questions. This role is integral in supporting a positive employee experience through accurate compensation and benefits management. Major Responsibilities: ․ Manage in-house payroll process full cycle and ensure all payroll tasks are processed accurately, on time and conforming to Taiwan legislation. ․ Manage and administer benefit programs, including National Health Insurance, Labor Insurance, New Pension, Group Insurance, and other benefit offerings. ․ Handle annual withholding tax statement filing and supplementary health insurance calculation and annual report filing. ․ Support the annual performance calibration and compensation planning cycles (annual salary review, promotion, bonus calculation). ․ Manage annual budget planning process for headcount and personnel-related costs. ․ Support in audit and HR risk related activities throughout the year ․ Conduct reviews with stakeholders and updates HR policies and procedures periodically based on HR Plan and related laws. ․ Support any other relevant additional duties as assigned.
