Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Network Manager to lead the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of our global network infrastructure. This individual will support and optimize network operations across multiple sites located in the North America, Europe & Asia regions. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a small but globally distributed company environment. Key Responsibilities: • Network Design & Management: Manage, design, and implement secure and reliable network solutions (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, SD-WAN) across all global sites. • Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Continuously monitor network performance and availability. Diagnose and resolve network issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Documentation & Standards: Maintain accurate network diagrams, asset inventories, and configuration documentation. Establish global standards and best practices. • Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain firewalls, VPNs, and security policies to ensure data protection and compliance with international regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, etc.). • Disaster Recovery & Redundancy Planning: Develop and maintain backup and redundancy strategies to minimize network downtime and risk. • Collaboration with IT Teams: Collaborate with local and remote IT staff to support business units and ensure consistent network experiences worldwide. • Local end user support: Provide daily support of local end user community & production floor employees. Address help desk tickets in a timely manner & provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities • Source fasteners and related industrial components such as pipe fittings, CNC parts, stamping hardware, injection molding parts etc. Analyze quotes and make purchase recommendation. • Develop new vendors and commodities by conducting industry research, quality survey, vendor audit and participating in trade shows. • Review customer requirements (per print, PPAP, specification) to ensure manufacture has process capability and good understanding to be successful. • Assist suppliers during on-boarding processes and maintain an effective communication channel. • Identify cost saving opportunities and optimize vendor base. • See through new product development by collaborating with vendors & international cross-functional team. • Update and maintain sourcing data, report daily activities to Sourcing Manager. Qualifications/Skills • Min. college degree. • Capable of reading advanced technical prints and standards. • Good understanding of various types of manufacturing process and keen to learn more. • Good communication skills • Familiarity with PPAP and ISO/IATF quality system is a plus. • English proficiency required. • Experience in Fastener/Semiconductor/Electronics industry is a plus. • Show initiative, team spirit, and have good reporting habits. • Project presentation. *ENGLISH RESUME REQUIRED *COMPENSATION TO BE DISCUSSED AT THE INTERVIEW.

本職務需求為1.5-2個月 1.協助倉管人員收料、發料、入庫與出貨作業 。 2.倉庫整理 (定期清潔庫存、工具、設備或貯藏室) 。 3.需搬重物 (約15 - 20公斤) 。 4.執行主管交辦之相關事項。 5.因此項職務工作環境為倉庫,故會較熱。
