The Role:
Lead the technical architecture planning for GPU server products, deeply integrating mainstream GPU architectures (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD) and emerging AI accelerator technologies to ensure solutions are advanced and compatible.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Technical R&D and Solutions Design
*Lead the technical architecture planning for GPU server products, deeply integrating mainstream GPU architectures (e.g., NVIDIA, AMD) and emerging AI accelerator technologies to ensure solutions are advanced and compatible.
*Oversee high-performance computing (HPC), data center optimization, and server hardware scalability design, driving GPU applications in cloud computing and edge computing scenarios.
*Design and optimize networking and storage solutions (e.g., PCIe, NVLink, RDMA) tailored for AI workloads to enhance system efficiency and data throughput.
2. Team Management and Cross-Functional Leadership
*Lead engineering teams, coordinate cross-functional collaboration (e.g., hardware, software, product), and manage end-to-end product development lifecycles. * *Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for GPU-based server solutions, aligning with industry trends (e.g., AI, cloud gaming, scientific research) and business objectives.
*Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for server deployments, ensuring on-time delivery and quality assurance. 3. Market Strategy and Customer Engagement
*Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer demands in GPU adoption across industries (e.g., AI, cloud computing, gaming). * Translate enterprise requirements into GPU-powered solutions, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive product positioning and market penetration.
3. Technical Skills & Expertise
*Deep understanding of GPU technologies, including NVIDIA/AMD architectures and emerging AI accelerators.
*Proven experience in server hardware design, HPC, data center optimization, and scalability principles.
* Strong knowledge of cloud/edge computing frameworks and GPU integration in these environments.
* Proficiency in high-speed interconnects (PCIe, NVLink, RDMA) and storage solutions optimized for AI/ML workloads. Management & Leadership Competencies * Track record in leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects. * Strategic mindset with the ability to define long-term technical roadmaps and align teams with business goals.
* Excellent project management skills, including timeline oversight, resource allocation, and risk management. Industry & Business Acumen * In-depth knowledge of global GPU market trends, competitive dynamics, and application scenarios (AI, HPC, etc.).
