The successful candidate should have a good understanding of beauty product development, including the creative and technical aspects. They should have a degree in a related field and have at least 5 years of relevant experience in product development. This role involves leading cross-functional teams in product ideation, formulation, testing, packaging, and launch, ensures that all products meet the organic standards of quality, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance. Project Management: ・Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, including product briefs, timelines, and budget management. ・Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, regulatory, and packaging) to ensure timely product launches. ・Track progress, troubleshoot issues, and communicate project status to stakeholders. 4.
