• SharePoint Server Role Description:
The Modern Work SharePoint Server (infra) role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint Server infrastructure to support modern work solutions. The role requires expertise in SharePoint Server administration, infrastructure design, and system integration to ensure the reliability and availability of critical systems.
• Key Responsibilities:
o Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint Server infrastructure to support modern work solutions.
o Administer and maintain SharePoint Server, including site collection management, security configuration, and content migration.
o Implement and maintain SharePoint Server infrastructure for high availability and disaster recovery.
o Collaborate with other IT teams and business units to ensure seamless integration of SharePoint Server infrastructure with existing business processes and IT infrastructure.
o Develop and maintain documentation, policies, and procedures related to SharePoint Server infrastructure.
o Monitor system performance and availability using monitoring tools, and analyze logs to identify potential issues.
o Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in SharePoint Server infrastructure.
• Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
o Minimum of 10 years of experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint Server infrastructure.
o Expertise in SharePoint Server administration, including site collection management, security configuration, and content migration.
o Experience with SharePoint Server infrastructure design for high availability and disaster recovery.
o Knowledge of SharePoint Server integration with other systems such as Microsoft Teams and Power Apps.
o Familiarity with SharePoint Online and hybrid environments.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
o Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
o Certification in SharePoint Server administration or related technologies is a plus.
• Skills:
o Proficiency with SharePoint Server 2013, 2016, 2019, and SharePoint Online.
o Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation tasks.
o Familiarity with SQL Server, Active Directory, and IIS.
o Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Apps, and Power Automate.
o Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Teams JD:
• Key Responsibilities:
o Deploy, configure, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Teams to ensure platform stability and performance.
o Manage Teams meetings, voice calls, collaboration features (e.g., channels, file sharing), and third-party app integrations.
o Troubleshoot user issues (e.g., login failures, meeting connectivity, permissions) and provide training and guidance.
o Develop Teams usage policies, security measures, and compliance standards to meet data protection requirements.
o Monitor Teams service health, respond to incidents, and collaborate with Microsoft support for issue resolution.
o Optimize integration between Teams and other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange).
• Qualifications:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
o 10 years of Microsoft 365 administration experience, with proficiency in Teams Admin Center.
o Knowledge of Teams integration with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange; basic PowerShell scripting skills.
o Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly diagnose and resolve Teams-related issues.
o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to support global teams (additional language requirements if needed).
o (Preferred) Microsoft 365 certification (e.g., MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams).
