【工作內容】 1.協助研發團隊進行雲端服務相關技術（如 SaaS、PaaS、IaaS、AI 演算法、資料庫架構等）之專利挖掘與分析。 2.撰寫與編修中英文專利說明書，並配合專利事務所進行申請流程（台灣、海外）。 3.分析競業專利與技術布局，建立並更新公司專利地圖與專利策略建議。 4.支援跨部門技術查新、侵權分析與自由實施（FTO）調查，提供專利風險評估報告。 5.與法務、商業開發部門協作，參與技術授權談判、專利訴訟準備等相關工作。 6.建立並維運專利管理資料庫，提升公司知識產權資產價值。 【必要條件】 1.科技、工程或資訊相關背景（電子、電機、資工、資管、通訊、AI 等）學士以上學歷 2.熟悉專利制度與撰寫格式，具備中英文技術文件閱讀與撰寫能力 3.對新技術有高度敏感度，能與研發團隊進行技術訪談並轉化為專利語言 4.良好的邏輯思維與分析能力，具備獨立作業與跨部門協調能力 【加分條件】 1.有 SaaS、資安、AI、DevOps 或資料中心架構等技術背景 2.具備專利代理人考試通過資格或專利事務所工作經驗 3.曾參與國際專利（如 USPTO / EPO / CNIPA）撰寫或申請案件 4.熟悉自由實施分析（FTO）與侵權風險評估實務
