JOB PURPOSE To design, implement, and secure reliable network infrastructure using technologies like routing, switching, firewalls, SLB and hybrid cloud solutions (e.g., AWS). Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco devices at a CCNP level, with strong knowledge of protocols such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and VLAN. 熟練CCNP等級的Cisco設備配置與管理，熟悉OSPF、BGP、EIGRP、VLAN等協定。 3. [Responsibilities] 1. Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across multiple global office locations 2. Plan and lead network implementation projects, including BGP and MPLS-based routing solutions 3. Configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers/switches and FortiGate firewalls 4. Ensure secure and reliable remote access using Zscaler, SSL VPN, and Site-to-Site VPN technologies 5. Support and maintain cloud-based virtual desktop environments (e.g., Azure VDI) 6. Deploy and manage global VOIP systems, including SIP trunk setup, dial plan design, and PBX integration 7. Develop and maintain network design documentation and troubleshooting SOPs 8. Provide weekend on-call support and respond to critical network incidents as needed [Requirements] Skill- 1. Core Networking: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLAN, IPSec 2. Security & Firewalls: FortiGate (preferred), advanced policy configuration, SD-WAN, UTM features 3. Office Network Setup: Full-cycle SME office deployment – network architecture design, cabling plan, equipment selection, documentation, and go-live support 4. Cloud & VPN: Zscaler, Azure VDI, SSL VPN, IPsec Site-to-Site VPN, SASE 5. VOIP: Enterprise SIP trunking, dial plan design, PBX configuration and support 6. Automation & Scripting: Python, Ansible, Bash – automated device configuration, health checks, monitoring integrations, alert-based remediation 7. Monitoring Tools: SNMP, NetFlow, Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana – including scripting for custom metrics and alerting 8. Documentation: Network design documentation, handover guides, SOPs, and topology diagrams 9. Language: Fluent in English 10. Availability: Weekend on-call readiness and global team collaboration Experience- 1. Spearheaded the design and implementation of secure, scalable networks across 5+ SME offices in Asia and Europe, including structured cabling, wireless coverage, and equipment rollout 2. Led full deployment and ongoing management of FortiGate firewalls across multiple locations, including policy setup, SD-WAN routing, VPN tunneling, and advanced threat protection 3. Developed and maintained automation scripts in Python and Ansible to streamline firewall rule audits, device configuration, and monitoring alert generation 4. Implemented global Zscaler and Azure VDI access models, ensuring consistent security posture and performance for remote and hybrid users 5. Delivered VOIP system deployment projects including SIP integration, failover design, and user provisioning 6. Created detailed documentation for network topologies, incident response, and office handover procedures
