Job Description • Develop, maintain, and support firmware for processor-based storage systems and reference platforms. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams-including field engineers, sales, and customer engineering-to define technical requirements and drive successful product integration. • Provide hands-on support during board-level debugging, system bring-up, and production ramp-up phases. • Analyze customer system architectures and firmware implementations to deliver timely post-production support. • Lead or contribute to root cause analysis efforts for customer-reported issues, working independently or with cross-functional teams. • Assist customers in understanding and applying technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, training materials, and application notes. • Translate customer needs into actionable plans and drive execution through internal project management processes. • Travel domestically and internationally to support customer engagements and troubleshoot complex firmware/software systems. • Work effectively both independently and within globally distributed teams.
