We are now looking to expand our team and are seeking a candidate with the following qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in law (Taiwan) or Master; 法律系畢業，學士或碩士學歷 2. Lawyer’s certificate is required (Taiwan); 台灣律師高考及格 3. Good English is mandatory; 英語流利 4. Speaking French or German will be a plus; 若諳法文或德文尤佳 5. Minimum of 3-year working experience; 三年以上工作經驗 6. Knowledge of corporate law and commercial law; 具備公司法與商業法相關知識 7. Detailed-oriented 細心謹慎 8. Logical and well-organized 邏輯清晰、做事有條理 9. Ability to multi-task 處理多項任務的能力 10. Good team player and communicator (both in writing and speaking) 善於團隊合作，且具良好的溝通能力 Job description:  Research laws and regulations and study court judgements 法規與判決研究  Analyze legal problems and make a full report 法律議題分析與報告  Support senior lawyers in litigation and non-litigation matters 支援/協助資深律師訴訟案件與非訟案件  Draft various agreements and legal documents 撰擬合約及法務文件  Prepare and manage the application with authorities 辦理主管機關申請案件，並掌控進度  Negotiate with different stakeholders 協商談判  Translate documents in a variety of legal topics 文件翻譯  Assist clients with legal formalities 協助客戶申辦各項法律手續
