Job Description : We are looking for a seasoned and analytical Senior UX Researcher to join our team at Perfect Corp. In this role, you will lead user research, usability testing, and UX strategy to shape compelling, data-informed user experiences across both mobile apps and web platforms. You’ll work closely with PMs, engineers, and fellow designers to drive product decisions that balance business goals with user needs. Key Responsibilities : 1. User Research & Testing - Independently plan, conduct, and synthesize a range of user research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing (mobile & web), diary studies, and A/B testing. - Execute usability testing sessions and present relevant case studies demonstrating real-world application and insights. - Convert research findings into structured, actionable reports with clear user insights and design solutions. 2. Product & Market Analysis - Evaluate market trends and conduct competitive analysis to identify UX opportunities and gaps. - Provide strategic UX recommendations to enhance product competitiveness and user satisfaction. 3. UX Strategy & Design - Align product design direction with both user needs and business objectives. - Contribute to product positioning and design roadmaps with a deep understanding of user behavior and market dynamics. - Develop wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts. 4.
