◆ Plans and supervises the activities of a manufacturing shift performing the material handling, build, test, and inspection of products. ◆ Reviews production and test schedules, material resources, test equipment and resource requirements. ◆ Review and update manufacturing capacity plan for the assigned manufacturing area. ◆ Plans, develops, implements, and maintains manufacturing methods, processes, operations and equipment for new and existing products. ◆ Initiate and implement programs to reduce labor hours and manufacturing cycle time as well as implement quality improvement program to drive to achieve zero defect.

*Works with Sales Operations business partners to ensure customer configurations and requests to slot orders into the factory meet lead time milestones. This is in support of driving to meet customer requested delivery dates *Coordinates with the capacity manager to schedule orders into the factory *Facilitates meetings with cross functional team members to resolve risk factors that may compromise a customer delivery schedule. *Manages department reporting related to customer deliveries *Assess customer demand and provide a delivery commitment based on supply and manufacturing capacity *Attends manufacturing production meetings to understand any issues *Manages company and customer priorities to sequence deliveries where necessary *Works with Sales Operations to set expectations on delivery issues and manage backorder activities. *Coordinate core movement for refurb modules into the LMT factory and / or remote factories *Accountable oversight for tracking customer orders for Talus mfg builds, and other remote factories *Works with supply business management to track remote factory orders *Reports out to US counter parts on delivery status *Coordinates delivery schedules with the logistics team *Creates sell back orders using SAP in support of procurement materials from US based factories *Coordinates shipment of FGI system core movement from the US and Singapore locations into the Talus factory *Manages back-order tracking and reporting *Works to identify risk factors and proactively drives the proper actions and/or escalations to mitigate factory risk & customer delivery date risk *Identifies and makes recommendations on alternatives solutions to resolve risk or minimize the impact to the customer delivery schedule. *Leads cross-functional teams when required to work on problem resolution *Complete root cause and corrective action documentation *Analyze on hand inventory and incoming supply in support of meeting production need dates.

1. Responsible for aligning with stakeholders on defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. 2. Identify, document, and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact on delivery. 3. Use standardized templates to initiate and structure projects. 4. Facilitate collaboration across GETS, GIS, and InfoSec teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, timelines, and dependencies. 5. Ensure projects comply with GETS governance frameworks, including activity trackers, RACI matrices, and KPI reporting structures. 6. Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders, including leadership updates, project dashboards, and end-user communications. 7. Monitor service quality, and project performance metrics, contributing to GETS-wide reporting and quarterly operational updates. 8. Implement and optimize tools for project tracking, intake forms for GETS prioritization, and SharePoint for documentation. 9. Recommend continual improvement opportunities to the GETS project management office.

• Shipping Operations Management - Oversee the end-to-end shipping process for both imports and exports. - Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. • Import / Export management - Import/Export customs declaration management - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs laws, and licensing requirements • Customs Affairs and Compliance - Ensure compliance with international and local customs regulations. - Classify goods using correct HS codes and ensure proper valuation. - Import duty refund and bonded solution • Cost and Risk Management - Analyze logistics costs and identify savings opportunities. - Mitigate risks related to customs delays and penalties. - Performs audits to evaluate compliance levels and effectiveness of procedures, policies, controls. • Internal Coordination and Reporting - Collaborate with procurement, logistics, order fulfillment, and production teams. - Exception and urgent shipment management - Provide regular reports on shipment status, customs issues, and KPIs. - Train and supervise staff in shipping and customs procedures.
