•  Production Line & Material Readiness - Ensure work orders start on time and materials are available. - Resolve material shortages and verify inventory accuracy. - Coordinate with warehouse for deliveries and transfers. - Support work order closure and manage excess materials. - Expedite critical items and collaborate with planning/purchasing. •  Production Progress & Risk Management - Schedule machine launches and crate timelines. - Monitor daily output and report progress. - Identify risks in material delivery and shipping. - Prepare reports for meetings and support decisions. - Collaborate to resolve bottlenecks and suggest improvements. •  Reporting & Data Management - Maintain WIP reports and track inventory. - Analyze delays and report root causes weekly. - Support factory health metrics and daily KPIs. •  Free Stock & Inventory Control - Regularly check and update free stock. - Reallocate materials to boost efficiency. - Align system and physical stock with warehouse records. •  Administrative & System Support - Track KPIs and personnel performance. - Resolve SAP issues and ensure system stability. - Assist with project documentation and execution. - Analyze labor efficiency and manage WIP levels. - Support machine labor tracking and capacity planning. - Coordinate new production area launches.

• Capacity Planning & Forecasting - Analyze production capacity based on demand forecasts, identify constraints, and simulate future scenarios to support strategic planning. • Labor & Resource Planning - Analyze labor data, set operational standards, and support manpower planning to meet production goals. • Manufacturing Utilization Analysis - Monitor and improve the utilization of factory resources and equipment based on real-time and forecasted data. • Productivity & Efficiency Improvement - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time, labor hours, and waste while increasing throughput and operational efficiency. • Cycle Time & WIP Management - Track WIP status, analyze cycle time performance, and identify improvement opportunities across different tool classes and zones. • Layout Design & Optimization - Design and improve factory and workstation layouts to enhance process flow, space utilization, and compliance with safety and ergonomic standards. • Technical & Engineering Support - Support production with layout drawings, time studies, and workflow optimization using tools like AutoCAD and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies. • Cross-Functional Coordination - Collaborate with planning, logistics, engineering, and global teams to support layout changes, pilot builds, and new product transitions. • Reporting & Data Visualization - Prepare reports, dashboards, and simulations to support decision-making, track KPIs, and communicate performance insights. • Support Global IE Initiatives - Align with global IE teams on metrics, methods, and best practices for capacity, cost, and performance reporting.
