Job Profile Summary Oversees financial operations in alignment with organizational policies and procedures to ensure effective control of financial and business resources. Job Description 1. Prepare and deliver financial insights and business analyses to support planning, budgeting, decision-making, and performance monitoring within the assigned area of responsibility. 2. Contribute to the enhancement of the organization’s financial systems, processes, and guidelines. 3. Provide expert advice and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial procedures align with business requirements. 4. Serve as a supporting staff in developing financial plans, forecasts, budgets, and business strategies. 5. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data, and provide support to complete the preparation of financial statements for monthly closing by the 5th or 6th working day. Subsequently, assist reporting the monthly financial results to the General Manager in Taiwan and to the headquarter in Japan. 6.
