##Job Summary## We’re looking for a highly motivated and experienced Software Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our software products. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product requirements, drive development, and ensure successful launches. Your goal will be to deliver high-quality, innovative software solutions that meet customer needs and support our company’s strategic objectives. ##Key Responsibilities## 1)Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business goals and customer needs. Prioritize features based on impact, resources, and market needs, balancing short-term requirements with long-term strategic objectives. Continuously analyze industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement or innovation. 2)Requirements Gathering & Prioritization: Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews to understand pain points, gather feedback, and validate solutions. Write clear, concise, and detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering teams. Use data-driven insights to prioritize backlog items and ensure alignment with business goals. 3)Project Management & Execution: Collaborate with engineering, design, and management teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases. Manage the product lifecycle from planning and development through to deployment and post-launch analysis. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and communication throughout the product development process. 4)Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related updates and decisions. Present product plans, status, and metrics to executive leadership, soliciting feedback and aligning goals. Ensure all stakeholders are informed about upcoming releases, changes, and any relevant challenges. Customer Focus & Market Analysis: Understand target users and create products that exceed their expectations. Conduct market research and user feedback analysis to stay informed of new trends, technologies, and competitor products. Develop and maintain customer personas and journey maps to guide product development. 5)Metrics & Product Performance: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and identify improvement areas. Conduct post-launch reviews, incorporating feedback and usage data to inform future product decisions. Use A/B testing, user feedback, and other data sources to drive continuous improvement. ##Qualifications## - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. - 3+ years of product management experience in software development, SaaS, or a related field. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello). - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. - Experience working with data analytics tools, customer research, and user feedback for data-informed decision-making. - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. ##Preferred Qualifications## - Proven ability to launch successful products that achieve business goals. - Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and customer-centered design approaches.
