Automation Engineer The engineer is responsible for manpower support to the field service team on automation job of engine onboard or overhaul job of subcomponent of engine. Key duties for the role • Implementation of automation systems for engines into marine vessels and Power plants and integrate them with existing mechanical and electrical systems • Testing and Troubleshooting: Conduct thorough testing of automation systems, identify issues, and troubleshoot • Maintenance and Upgrades: Regularly maintain and upgrade automation systems to ensure reliability and efficiency • Collaboration: Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration and operation • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all systems comply with industry standards and regulations, and maintain accurate documentation of all engineering activities • Technical Support and Training: Provide technical support and training to operational and maintenance personnel

Service Coordination Create service quotations and order confirmations using SBO Follow up on job progress and communicate with customers Handle invoicing, payment requests, and customer approvals Quote via customer platforms and manage service documentation 2. Engineer & Service Team Support Collect weekly timesheets and update FSM Track service reports and HSE compliance Prepare monthly utilization reports Arrange logistics: hotel, airfare, inland freight, and equipment repair 3. Workshop & Inventory Management Manage workshop cleaning and boiler suit laundry Oversee workshop inventory: PPE, tools, jackets, etc. Handle receiving, storing, issuing, and returning of tools and materials Conduct regular stock takes and maintain 5S standards 4. Purchasing & Logistics Handle purchasing for tools and parts Manage import/export and shipping/return processes Assist with purchase requisitions 5. Administrative Support Reception duties and phone answering Manage workshop keys and company car usage Handle DHL shipments 6. Documentation & Compliance Collect and verify documents from IGC Apply for port and shipyard passes when needed Maintain accurate records for service and warehouse activities 7. Ad-hoc & Miscellaneous Tasks Perform other assigned tasks as needed Support equipment repair and workshop property management

Key duties for the role - Managing overall Sales against targets and ensuring a solid project pipeline identified for Turbomachinery business(both for New Equipment Sales and Aftersales) in Taiwan by a proactive action toward customers, key stakeholders, developers and investors. - Promotion and sale of Turbomachinery products to current and potential clients - Develop effective tactics and feasible project structures with competitive and reliable project partners - Fostering and developing 3rd party OEM business in Taiwan - Develop a short-term, mid-term and long-term plan and strategy to bring sustainable growth in MAN business in Taiwan in connection with Company’s business targets and strategy - Develop and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partners - Coordination externally with customers and partners and internally with colleagues and HQ for projects - Provide support in preparing market surveys, reports and updates to the Company Role-related competencies • Ability to maintain own workflow and meet deadlines • High sense of responsibility is able to make prompt decisions and weigh-up the consequences and risks of decision • Customer-oriented mind-set is able to balance the benefits of the customer and the company • Good cooperation with others, team spirit, is able to resolve conflicts properly.
