Overview: Lead and drive new product development team to support new product business analysis, to manage project schedule, to control development cost, and to assure product quality and reliability. Be responsible for product verification, characterization, qualification, and releasing to production. Coordinate wafer fabs, assembly and test sites, and subcontractors to develop new products and to release products to market on time. Key Responsibility: • Product management - To manage and track new product engineering activities until release to production. • Track reliability schedule - To communicate closely with PE owner for new product/process reliability schedule. • 3rd party laboratory management - Familiar with reliability and FA process, able to work closely with 3rd party lab. • Subcon management - To help track subcontractor assembly & FT schedule and meet customer sample delivery plan. Job Description: This role will support digital circuit design of mixed-signal ICs, such as sensors, motor drivers, data converters. Key Responsibilities: 1. RTL design, including micro-architecture, serial interface or digital signal processing for mixed-signal products. 2. Use Static timing analysis tools and formal verification tools to verify a digital design. 3. Understand the design specification for developing the coverage-driven verification. 4. Build reusable functional models, monitors and checkers for the design verification 5. Collaborate closely with internal product development teams and support digital circuit design Qualifications: 1. Job Description: As a team member of analog product business group, this role will support Analog IC circuit design of mixed-signal ICs, such as sensors, motor drivers, data converters. Key Responsibilities: 1. Co-work with talented design teams to develop high performance sensor related integrated circuits and products, such as Hall effect sensor, temperature sensor. 2. Contribute to chip architecture and circuit design decisions 3. Collaborate with validation, product engineering and test engineering teams to enable successful transfer to production 4. Also, will be responsible for circuit requirements definition, design, simulation and analysis, layout/test support, documentation and customer support for sensor applications. Qualifications: 1.
