As an Industrial Designer at Gizmospring, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of our engineering projects from conception to delivery. Responsibilities: 1. Present and propose innovative product concepts to key clients. 2. Create sketches to clearly communicate potential concepts to clients. 3. Deliver 2D/3D engineering drawings, renderings, and prototypes. 4. Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality. 5. Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval. 6. Participate in project meetings and contribute to ongoing design improvement plans. 7. Refine and iterate designs based on feedback and test results. 8. Prepare design documentation, including specifications, CAD files, and material lists. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Maintain a positive and open attitude toward challenges at work. 2. Demonstrate strong responsibility and disciplined problem-solving skills. 3. Effectively leverage AI tools for early-stage research and exploration. 4. Integrate various development constraints into cohesive product solutions based on Human-Centered Design (HCD) principles. 5. Enjoy deconstructing products objectively through hands-on experiments. 6. Have strong storytelling and design simplification skills for clear communication. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and manufacturing processes. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree or higher. 2. At least two years of ID (Industrial design) experience. 3. 3D drawing tools/ PTC CREO (must-have), Rhino (nice-to-have). 4. 2D drawing tools/ Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. 5. Rendering tools/ Keyshot. 6. Basic English skills for communication with clients. 7. Fundamental understanding of various materials, techniques, and product development processes. 8.
