In this role, you'll be responsible for reviewing content to ensure it aligns with our platform’s guidelines and policies. No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success. Key Responsibilities • Review and moderate generated content in Japanese • Ensure content complies with platform policies and community standards • Flag, escalate, or take action on content that violates guidelines • Maintain accuracy and consistency in evaluations • Communicate clearly with team members in English when necessary Requirements • Based in Taiwan or Japan • Native-level proficiency in Japanese • Conversational proficiency in English • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy • Comfortable working night hours (Japan time) • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup • No prior experience required – full training will be provided Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home) Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (aligned with U.S. Pacific Time) • During Daylight Saving Time: 00:00 – 09:00 Japan time • Non-DST: 01:00 – 10:00 Japan time Note: Will shift to APEC hour after completion of the Training! Job Description: As a Games Merchandising Associate, you are a self-starter who will ramp up quickly to contribute to our Games Merchandising team. You will be at the forefront of Google Play and execute operations with a focus on games in the APAC markets. Note: Must be resided in Japan now. Responsibilities: ● Operate Play store’s routine updates such as maintaining weekly updates content ● Maintain store operation calendars and publish content ● Programming & QA Games Home ● Create and adjust internal trixes and slides to enhance productivity and improve QA accuracy ● Write and/or edit copy for collections on the store with a focus on Taiwan, Hong Kong, & Macao ● Localize relevant global campaigns and help create local seasonal campaigns and content for Taiwan, Hong Kong, & Macao. ● Research new and trending digital contents, primarily focusing on mobile games ● Analyze data to understand how the contents are received by users ● Work collaboratively within a cross-functional and international team environment Role qualifications: ● Experience with mobile apps, games, online merchandising, content management. ● Strong communication skills and collaborative working approach ● Detail-oriented, with good project management and analytical skills ● Digitally-minded, comfortable using mobile devices ● Good knowledge of Chinese mobile games, apps, and digital contents market ● Fluent written & verbal English language skills ● Native fluency Mandarin/Traditional Chinese – Cantonese language proficiency is a bonus ● BA/BS degree required
