Job Description: We are looking for a Software Project Manager with a technical background to maintain live systems and support clients in Singapore government hospitals and other countries (remote work with occasional on-site travel). The role involves creating world-class software products and services. This position requires collaboration with the business team to provide Pre-sales support and cooperation with the engineering team to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Mandarin, with experience working or studying in an English-speaking country. Key Responsibilities: 1. System Maintenance and Optimization: Monitor and optimize live systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure system stability and performance. 2. Requirements Analysis and Pre-sales Support: Work with clients to analyze derived requirements, provide technical support and solutions, and assist the business team in preparing commercial proposals. 3. Project Management and Delivery: Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. 4. International Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in Singapore government hospitals and other countries, providing ongoing support. Requirements: 1. English and Mandarin Proficiency: Must be fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively with international clients and teams. 2. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in software project management. Experience in international projects or healthcare systems is preferred. 3. Technical Background: Familiar with software development processes and common technologies. 4. Pre-sales Experience: Experience in Pre-sales, with the ability to design and support technical solutions. 5.
