As the Hardware Project Manager at Botrista, you will act as the bridge between hardware engineering and cross-functional teams including supply chain, software, and operations.You will own critical BOM changes, drive ECO/ECR releases, and host design reviews to ensure alignment across stakeholders. You will work closely with engineers to guide and track progress across the full product development lifecycle—from concept ideation and prototyping to detailed design and validation. This includes coordination on plastic, metal, electrical, and system-level aspects of the product. With strong business foresight, you will help evaluate when to advance, adjust, or hold designs, balancing user experience, cost, and long-term value. Because every hardware decision impacts software, you will leverage your experience to anticipate downstream effects and align critical changes across the team.You’ll need to stay flexible with resources, leveraging innovative strategies to deliver meaningful impact. This role requires the ability to anticipate business impact, prioritize deliverables, and align product development with future needs. You should also have an understanding of certification requirements (UL, ETL, FCC, CE, NSF, etc.) and know when and how to advance processes to keep projects on track. 【Requirements】 1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Engineering,Mechanical design Computer Sciences, or equivalent. 2. 2-3 years of experience in engineering and program management from proto to MP. 3. Using project planning tools to create, manage, and track program developments.(SmartSheet/Google gantt/MS project) 4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and management skills. 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English and Mandarin. 7. Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at senior management levels. 8. Works well in a fast-paced environment with a business oriented mindset. 9. Flexible work hours to support occasional early or late meetings across time zones.

【Responsibilities】 < Website & Tracking Management (Primary Focus) > 1. Own and manage the company website (WordPress) to ensure strong performance, usability, SEO, and lead generation. 2. Build and optimize landing pages to support campaigns and product launches. 3. Set up and maintain tracking systems (GTM, pixels) and ensure accurate website-to-Salesforce (SFDC) integration. 4. Analyze website performance and user behavior to drive actionable improvements. < Digital Funnel Oversight (Secondary) > 1. Contribute to digital funnel strategy by aligning paid, email, and social initiatives with the website experience. 2. Support campaign execution (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive qualified traffic and conversions. 3. Assist with retargeting, A/B testing, and conversion optimization to improve ROI. 4. Ensure consistency in brand messaging across the digital journey. 【Qualifications】 1. Hands-on experience managing websites with CMS platforms (primary WordPress) 2. Strong knowledge of website tracking and analytics (Google Tag Manager, Google 3. Analytics, conversion tracking). 4. Ability to design and optimize landing pages for lead generation. 5. Experience ensuring website-to-CRM (Salesforce) integration. 6. Solid understanding of SEO and website performance optimization. 7. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
