Objective / Project Overview • Building a Vendor Managed Service Team to handle all Burnin Lead Support in Taiwan. Scope • Looking for a vendor to build a team and manage the team to handle the build execution work in Taiwan. • Vendor should provide a lead PM to manage this team day to day. • Vendor is also responsible for managing the work quality and training for this team. • The primary contact (or escalation) for the team should be the lead PM first. Service Level Agreement (SLA) • Vendor must be able to maintain the minimum resource capacity at any given times. • If the individual team member leaves, the expectation is that Vendor will be able to handle the resource gap on its own and backfill within 2 weeks. • If the lead PM decides to leave, an email notification 4 weeks before actual end date is needed and vendor is responsible to secure the next lead PM ASAP. • When new requirement come up, Vendor must source, onboard and train new resource within 3 weeks.
