• Execute and approve HV/MV switching operations including planning, documentation, and safety compliance • Analyze alarms and faults; initiate remote troubleshooting and preventive actions • Coordinate grid operations with WTG contractors, TSO, and internal Offshore Control Centers in Germany and Taiwan • Manage curtailments, emergency shutdowns, outages, and associated notifications • Submit or approve Permits to Work and enforce Electrical Safety Rules • Maintain operational databases and support Safe System of Work procedures • Provide technical support to field teams; participate in offshore interventions when required
