Candidate should have experience in a trading company or sourcing office for consumer goods. --Responsibilities-- 1) Customer Relation Management Maintain long-term client relationships, act as main contact, and resolve inquiries effectively. 2) Order Management Process and track orders to ensure on-time delivery and smooth execution. 3) Project Management Oversee multiple projects, monitor progress, and coordinate cross-team resources. 4) Product Development Lead development from market research and supplier quotes to samples and launch. 5) Shipping Operations Plan shipping schedules, manage logistics, and prepare required documents. 6) Supplier Sourcing and Negotiation Identify and evaluate suppliers, conduct inquiries, compare prices, and negotiate terms. --Qualifications-- 1) Experience Advantage Previous experience in sourcing or procurement or collaboration with China factory is a plus. 2) Analytical Skills Ability to conduct basic analysis to support decision-making. 3) Negotiation & Communication Strong negotiation abilities with excellent interpersonal communication skills. 4) Organizational Skills Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. 5) Innovation & Open-mindedness Willing to try new approaches and embrace diverse perspectives. 6) Team Collaboration Thrive in a dynamic environment and work effectively with teammates. 7) Passion for Learning Eager to learn and take ownership to drive project success.
