【工作內容與職能需求】 作為電商團隊的一員，您將負責管理並拓展多個線上通路的業績表現，協助品牌在各大電商平台穩健成長。 主要工作內容包括： 1. 經營 Shopee、Yahoo 等指定電商平台，平台分配將依團隊內部輪調彈性調整。需具備快速熟悉不同通路操作模式的能力，並確保各平台業績穩定成長。 2. 制定符合品牌年度行銷節奏的通路銷售策略與計畫。 3. 定期追蹤並分析每週／每月的業績與 KPI，主動提出優化建議。 4. 規劃並執行大型行銷活動與促銷專案（如 618、雙 11、SBD 等）。 5. 協助安排商品組合、定價策略、促銷規劃與新品上市時程。 6. 與行銷及設計團隊協作，維持品牌在各通路的一致形象與吸引力。 7. 支援數位廣告與 KOL 合作的整合規劃與執行（如 CPAS、KOL 導購等）。 8. 透過市場與銷售數據分析，挖掘成長機會並提出通路經營優化建議，降低通路衝突風險。 9. 管理平台廠商或第三方服務供應商，包含合約洽談與執行成效追蹤。 10. 具備團隊合作精神，能與不同角色的夥伴協作，達成團隊整體績效目標。 11. 完成主管交辦之其他事項。 12. 不定期至彰化辦公室出差 We are Paula’s Choice Skincare, a global skincare company founded in Seattle, USA, in 1995.
