Job Responsibility： 1, Customer pre-sales support • Provide technical expertise to customer for reflow processes and other Heating processes in Various Semi-conductor Industry • Analyze and improve customers reflow process include troubleshooting • External acceptance and process support • Provide process acceptance external • Contribute test trials for customer include full report • Carry out process training to customer 2, Coordination with HQ • Work close together with HQ application department for continues improvement • Condenso support for HQ on request after training • Collect process data from customer to help to improve their processes Reporting • weekly report to CTO and GM on request 3, After-sales support • Support service team during evaluation and demo at customer side • Assist for reflow / condenso and Installation • Support in China and Aisa team and travel to customer on request (Work over-time may be necessary subject to the assigned task) Job Requirement: 1. Technical college/university education background majored in microelectronic packaging, mechanical engineering, automation engineering 微電子封裝、機械工程、自動化工程專業； 2. 2+ years of semiconductor packaging development or manufacturing experience 有兩年從事半導體封裝開發或生產製造經驗； 3. Good knowledge in the principles, methods and process of IC eutectic bonding, wafer bonding and gold wire bonding 掌握晶片共晶焊接，晶圓焊接和金絲引線鍵合的原理、方法及工藝； 4. Proficiency in using computer-aided design tools such as AutoCAD 熟練使用AutoCAD等電腦輔助設計工具； 5. Understand the properties of heat conduction and its application in Semiconductor devices 理解熱傳導的特性和其在半導體器件中的應用。 6. Good written, reading and oral English and Chinese 良好的中英文口語能力。 7. Experience in the development, manufacturing and maintenance of mechatronic equipment is preferred 有從事機電一體化設備開發、製造、維修經驗者優先；

1. Install equipment at customer's locations, including equipment with new features, unload components, inspect for damage, assemble, align and test; 在客戶地點安裝設備，包括設備的新功能，卸載的元件，檢查是否有損壞，組裝，調整和測試; 2. Evaluate and diagnose problems and make appropriate repairs. Work with co-workers, customer & field support in isolating and solving problems; 評估和診斷問題並進行適當的維修。與同事、客戶和外場支援隔離和解決問題; 3. Experience • Minimum of 5 years related work experience. • Equipment installation experience in SMT industry is a must. • Excellent communication skills with ability to read, write and speak with clarity in English &Mandarin and interface effectively with customers and peers. • Excellent systematic troubleshooting skills utilizing a structured and comprehensive process to determine the root causes of an outage, have the ability to handle problems independently and implement corrective action. Education • Bachelor degree or above majoring in any engineering discipline.
