Key Responsibilities: 1. Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to develop and implement various commodity sourcing strategies to deliver sustainable value in safety, quality, delivery and cost for assigned categories of spend: a) conduct spend analysis, define categories and assess opportunities to formulate and execute specific category strategies; b) assess the needs of stakeholders, conduct market analysis, challenge specifications and profile the risks; c) lead RFX processes for assigned spend categories; d) lead price and contract negotiations to achieve the best value from supplier relationships and brand protection; e) govern the project execution in terms of managing project timeline, resource planning, resolve issues and mitigate risks, etc.; f) analyze and develop different KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement. 2. Establish solid partnership with internal stakeholders via cross-functional team approach in all strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize business relationships with key suppliers that aligns/ exceeds stakeholders’ expectations: a) build trust and credibility across internal stakeholder community by demonstrating required expertise and supports in all procurement-related activities; b) determine their needs and goals, positively align, engage, communicate and influence them to achieve desired outcomes; c) consolidate and manage internal customers’ feedbacks to identify continuous improvement opportunities. 3. Manage strategic supplier relationship and performance management initiatives: a) conduct strategic supplier evaluation according to the company guidelines and audit policies; b) establish proactive joint review meetings in order to improve supplier performance, quality, risk and total cost of suppliers on regular cadence; c) identify potential contractual terms and conditions improvement opportunities for re-negotiation. 4. Manage collaboration for knowledge sharing and proper communication between Global/ Regional commodity leads within respective commodity spend: a) share effective strategy, commodity expertise and feedbacks to global/ regional teams; b) understand the needs and challenge the global/ regional premix purchasing management team. 5. Monitor sourcing strategy implementation of different commodity spend: a) drive the procurement processes by designing, implementing and managing projects to a successful conclusion by establishing accountability, timeline and goals; b) ensure sourcing strategies are implemented and TCO reductions are secured according to forecasts; c) responsible for breaking down organizational barriers and communicating overall sourcing trends/results in respective commodity spend; d) implement business-specific purchasing procedures on a country/site level with respect to specific functional business needs and priorities. 6. Measure and track internal performance of each commodity spend category responsibility: a) track forecast vs actual savings for respective commodity spend; b) communicate actual performance against measurement metrics and the potential budgetary impact. 7. Support the development of local Sustainable Procurement Expertise and build close partnership with APAC sustainability team a) equip with understanding of sustainable procurement principles, develop and foster local insight and knowledge on country specifics when it comes to sustainability and vendor/supplier landscapes; and demonstrate a strong passion in driving this forward b) In strong collaboration with Regional Sustainability Team on Sustainable Policy socialization with strong commitment integrated into the market business and in the value chain. Support market direction and drive green sourcing on ESG initiatives & optimize supplier eco system to establish standard ways of working and templates/measurements for TW users to apply; c) be a green sourcing ambassador to actively provide insights and action identified in respective categories and support TW journey

By observing closely on boutique floor, take a close interest in floor staff’s well-being, and actively provide feedback to HOB & DHOB. Client Engagement and Relationship Management : - Identify local opportunities to implement a proactive strategy to target and acquire new Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients - Strategic planning and assistance to SWFJA / WFJA on High Jewellery CEM management - Monitor and enforce on client engagement and on building long lasting relationships with High Jewellery clients. - Closely work with Fashion team to identify and grow the VIP clients database Work with individual boutique team members to gain a thorough and personalized understanding of high jewelry clients providing personalized services to them. Foster Close Partnerships: - Collaborate with all departments and boutiques on implementation of sales development plans High End Assortment Merchandise & Inventory: - Support HOB / DHOB in proposing the right High Jewellery product mix for boutique, based on the uniqueness of the boutique, in order to maximize the sale opportunities - Provide recommendation on repair and quality check of High Jewellery pieces - Provide feedback from clients on High Jewellery pieces to product team - Supervise inventory count to ensure no inventory losses. Discrepancies, if they arise, must be reported in a timely manner as determined by the HOB and/or Head of Retail. - Reinforce to Company guidelines and ensure that proper controls are being followed to prevent stock losses, pilferage or damage through daily briefing and coaching session. <<Job Mission>> This role is part of the Finance Business Services (FBS) team, a regional service center that ensures all financial accounting and reporting activities across APAC markets are consistent and aligned. As the Assistant Accounting Manager is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records and reporting, in full compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations. The role also oversees the effective execution of core finance operations, including Tax compliance with IFRS 16 lease accounting preparations B/S monitoring ; ESG reporting ; Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and other related processes, to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function. This position plays a key role in safeguarding the integrity of our brand by ensuring robust financial reporting, driving accuracy in finance operations, and mitigating financial risks to the House. <<Key Responsibilities>> Reporting to Senior Finance Manager, the incumbent will be responsible to perform the overall month end closing for Taiwan Region market: • Be accountable for timely and accurate recording of journal entries based on the agreed service level agreements (SLAs) & defined closing mechanism. Manage month-end and year-end closing activities in accordance with local accounting standards and IFRS. • Review output to identify errors / inconsistencies. Make subsequent corrections based on the nature of the account to ensure accuracy and quality of work. • Be responsible for the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, statutory financial statements and global reporting. • Prepare variance analyses, defined Key Risk Indicator (KRIs) and commentaries, and ensure variances and reconciling items are identified and resolved in a timely manner. • In collaboration with the regional tax team, oversee the monitoring, preparation, and submission of local tax filings, including VAT, WHT (with application of Article 25 reduced WHT rate), stamp duty, and CIT. Technical knowledge of these tax regulations is an advantage. • Oversee the execution of finance operations to ensure KPIs and service quality standards are met, while managing internal and external queries and resolving escalated cases. • Coordinate communication and foster collaboration between local stakeholders and offsite hub operations. • Perform necessary ad-hoc tasks of low volume. For example, treasury operations, credit card terminals management, customer deposits, and monitoring of customer credit limits. • Demonstrate advanced proficiency with financial and operational systems and their interdependencies including their functionality, workflows, automated controls, and associated facilitation of data consolidation, reporting, and robust analytics • Orchestrate strong collaboration between various teams in finance community to achieve month end closing in good quality and timely manner • Support Senior Finance manager on new financial initiatives and changing business requirements.
