工作室將進入一個全新的階段。2019於倫敦創立工作室與出版社,2023台北工作室與展覽空間落成。我們希望找到一起邁向國際的夥伴,以創意成果進行跨文化的溝通,與國際夥伴合作。

#About Us
YEN TING CHO Studio produces unique artworks, installations and contemporary designs for luxury fashion accessories, interiors and exteriors. Our work blurs the boundaries between art, design and fashion.
Established in east London in 2016, we moved into our Taipei studio HQ and public gallery in 2023. We also have a studio in London, with a publishing house (established in 2020). As we enter a new phase of our development, we are seeking partners to help us go expand our global reach and international partnerships.
Our main projects this year include a major public art project for the new Taiwan Taoyuan Airport terminal, international exhibitions, creation of new artworks, product design and development, art curation, and art book publishing (related links https://linktr.ee/yentingcho).
#工作內容
Marketing
• 獨立或協同規劃,推動行銷活動及品牌專案,協助提升品牌價值
• 熟悉行銷及FB廣告操作、SEO關鍵字行銷、口碑操作等,提升品牌曝光率及點閱率
• 負責社群經營操作與互動、FB、IG、LINE等平台內容文案撰寫
• 電子報、EDM及各種宣傳文案的設計與發送
• 代理商、供應商與合作夥伴等對外溝通與商業洽談
• 規劃並執行創意行銷與活動,確保成果符合品牌調性與標準
• 理解電商運作流程,支援官網等平台上架或管理
• 支援平台客服、訂單管理與出貨流程,優化庫存與商品流通
Project Management
• 協助規劃專案,撰寫企劃書、規劃時程與預算
• 準備申請文件、簡報製作及送件
• 擔任專案窗口,進度追蹤與內外部協調
• 監督執行進度,確保品質、成本與風險控管
• 進行計畫變更管理、報告撰寫及風險評估
• 跨部門協作與召開會議,確保專案順暢
• 結案、核銷及相關行政作業
• 完成主管交辦事項、支援與回報
上班時間週一到週五上午9點到下午6點,午休1小時。週休二日,如遇臨時活動及特殊狀況需要假日上班時,會再另外協調補休假。我們與國際夥伴合作,遠距溝通為常態,期許自由與自律並重。
#Job Description
Marketing
• Independently or collaboratively plan and execute marketing campaigns and brand projects to enhance brand value
• Proficient in digital marketing strategies, including Facebook Ads, SEO, and word-of-mouth marketing; able to create or leverage trending topics to increase brand exposure and engagement
• Manage and operate social media platforms, including writing and publishing content for Facebook, Instagram, LINE, and other community channels
• Design, produce, and distribute promotional materials such as newsletters, EDMs, and other marketing content
• Handle external communications and maintain relationships with agencies, suppliers, and business partners
• Plan and implement creative marketing initiatives and events, from ideation to execution, ensuring outcomes align with brand identity and standards
• Understand e-commerce workflows and support product listings and platform management, including company website and related sales channels
• Assist with customer service tasks, order management systems, and logistics operations; contribute to optimizing inventory management and product flow efficiency
Project Management
• Assist in planning projects, including proposal writing, scheduling, and budget planning
• Prepare application documents, create presentations, and manage submission processes
• Serve as the project liaison, responsible for progress tracking and internal/external communication and coordination
• Supervise project execution to ensure quality, cost control, and risk management
• Conduct change management, prepare reports, and perform risk assessments
• Collaborate cross-functionally and hold regular project meetings to ensure smooth project implementation
• Handle project closure tasks, including reimbursements and relevant administrative procedures
• Complete assignments from supervisor(s), provide support, and report project progress
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. If temporary activities or special circumstances require working on holidays or weekends, additional leave will be coordinated. We cooperate with our London studio/press and many international partners; long-distance communication is the norm; our staff can expect a high degree of freedom which requires self-discipline.
