✨ Job Responsibilities
✨1. International Procurement Strategy & Management
★Responsible for procurement of raw materials, packaging, and equipment for overseas markets (primarily Hong Kong and the U.S.), covering inquiry, quotation comparison, negotiation, purchase order issuance, delivery tracking, and incoming quality control to ensure timely supply and stable quality
★Assist in procurement planning and material preparation for new store openings, including demand forecasting, distribution coordination, and procurement schedule management to ensure timely support for store launches
★Regularly collect and analyze supply-side information in overseas markets (e.g., material pricing, alternative trends, logistics changes) and provide procurement strategies and risk prevention recommendations
★Develop and evaluate potential overseas suppliers, conduct regular performance assessments, and update supplier databases to enhance supply flexibility and quality stability
★Collaborate with relevant departments to manage contracts, payment terms, and compliance in procurement processes, ensuring risk control and adherence to procurement policies
✨2. Supply Chain Collaboration & Process Optimization
★Work closely with cross-functional teams to consolidate requirements and enhance supply chain coordination
★Establish and continuously optimize procurement SOPs to improve transparency and operational efficiency
★Actively negotiate cost optimization with suppliers, including analyzing material pricing and evaluating alternative solutions to achieve cost control and profit targets
★Conduct regular warehouse inventory checks and audits to ensure consistency between records and physical stock, and collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize inventory turnover
✨3. Project Support & Overseas Management
★Participate in projects or store opening schedules, arranging overseas business trips or on-site supplier audits as needed to obtain first-hand supply information
★Assist supervisors in driving project progress and completing assigned tasks, ensuring the achievement of departmental annual procurement objectives
✨Requirements
★Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Food Science, or related fields
★Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in international procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the food & beverage industry or franchise systems

1. 國外採購策略與管理
★負責海外市場(以香港、美國為主)之原物料、包材、設備等採購業務,涵蓋詢價、比價、議價、發單、交期追蹤與進貨品質管理,確保供應準時且品質穩定
★協助新門市開店前中後期之採購規劃與物料整備,包括需求預估、配送協調與採購時程控管,確保物料到位支援開幕進程
★定期蒐集並分析海外市場供應端資訊(如物料行情、替代品趨勢、物流變動等),提出採購策略與風險預防建議
★開發並評估潛在海外供應商,定期進行績效考核與資料庫更新,提升供應彈性與品質穩定度
★與相關單位協作管理合約內容、付款條件與採購流程合規性,落實採購制度與風險控管
2. 供應鏈協作與流程優化
★與跨部門單位協作,整合跨部門需求,提升供應鏈協同效率
★制定並持續優化採購作業標準流程(SOP),提升採購流程透明度與操作效率
★積極與供應商進行成本優化協商,包含原物料報價合理性分析與替代方案評估,達成成本控管與利潤目標
★定期進行倉儲物料盤點與庫存檢核,確保帳務與實物一致,並與倉管單位合作優化庫存週轉率
3. 專案協助與海外管理
★需配合專案或開店進度,視需求安排海外出差或實地供應商稽核,掌握第一手供應資訊
★協助主管推動專案進度,並完成交辦任務,確保部門年度採購目標落實
✨ 職務要求
★學歷:大學以上,供應鏈管理、國際貿易、食品科技或相關科系
★經驗:5年以上國際採購或供應鏈管理經驗,具食品飲料產業或加盟體系經驗者佳
✨技能:
★熟悉國際採購流程、報關及物流管理
★具供應商談判與合約管理能力
★熟悉成本分析及預算控管
★英文流利,能與國外供應商順暢溝通
