• Office 365 管理： 建立、管理與刪除使用者帳號、授權及郵件系統，維護 SharePoint、Teams、OneDrive 並確保安全合規（MFA、DLP）。 • 雲端備份： 規劃、管理與監控雲端備份方案（如 Veeam、Acronis），定期執行資料復原測試。 • 網路管理： 支援 LAN/WAN/VPN、Wi-Fi、與防火牆設定，並排除連線問題。 • 使用者支援： 提供現場或遠端的技術支援，進行使用者訓練與編寫 IT 文件。 • IT 基礎建設： 監控系統健康狀態，維護辦公室硬體設備，並管理 IT 資產。 • 專案與廠商協調： 協助系統升級、資料移轉與其他 IT 專案，並與外部廠商溝通協調。 • 船舶與衛星通訊： 了解船舶網路架構（如佈線、Combox Edge），管理衛星通訊（Starlink、VSAT、Inmarsat、Iridium），包含頻寬分配與優化。 • Office 365 Administration: Manage user accounts, licenses, email systems, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and ensure security compliance (MFA, DLP). • Cloud Backup: Design, manage, and monitor backup solutions (Veeam, Acronis), perform regular recovery tests. • Networking: Support LAN/WAN/VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall configuration, and troubleshoot connectivity issues. • End-User Support: Provide helpdesk services, training, and IT documentation. • IT Infrastructure: Monitor system health, maintain office hardware, and manage IT assets. • Projects & Vendors: Support IT upgrades, migrations, and coordinate with vendors. • Shipboard & Satellite Communications: Understand shipboard network infrastructure (e.g., cabling, Combox Edge) and manage satellite communications (Starlink, VSAT, Inmarsat, Iridium), including bandwidth management.

The Technical Executive plays a critical role in the management and maintenance of vessel operations, ensuring that all technical aspects are handled efficiently and in compliance with industry standards. This position involves overseeing technical operations, maintenance, repairs, and ensuring the overall seaworthiness of the vessels. Responsibilities: -技術監督：確保船舶系統妥善維護、修理並隨時處於可運行狀態。制定並執行維修保養計劃，並即時處理技術問題。 -合規與法規遵循：確保船舶符合國際法規與標準。隨時掌握法規變動並提交必要文件。 -供應商協調：與供應商協調維修、保養與設備供應事宜。維持良好合作關係以確保營運順利。 -預算與成本控制：監控支出以有效管理成本。 -緊急應變：制定應變計畫，並確保在危機發生時能及時應對。 -績效監控：追蹤船舶系統運作效能並即時解決問題。 -船員訓練與支援：為船員提供操作程序及設備操作的訓練與支援。

We are seeking a full-time candidate, who is organized, motivated and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting administrative tasks, managing invoicing processes, market research. And also involve project preparation and coordination for Taiwan and APAC region. The deal candidate will have strong understanding of the regional market and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
