Description A System Analyst is responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems that meet business needs. They work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify system improvements, and ensure smooth integration of technology solutions. Responsibilities 1. Possess excellent English presentation and communication skills for discussions with international clients. 2. Engage in requirement discussions with clients, assess technical feasibility, and design system integration workflows. 3. Administrative & Executive Support ● Manage and optimize the Managing Partner’s calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements. ● Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications. ● Draft, proofread, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations. ● Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business and financial information. Operations & Coordination ● Support meeting preparation, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups. ● Coordinate logistics for internal team meetings, investor calls, and industry events. ● Manage document organization and filing systems (digital and physical). Project & Business Support ● Assist with the preparation of investor updates, pitch decks, and marketing materials. ● Track deadlines and deliverables for ongoing initiatives. ● Conduct light research to support decision-making and strategic projects.

Lead succession planning initiatives with HR Consultants, overseeing talent nomination, talent pool development, and learning and development programs. Drive talent development strategies by identifying skill gaps and designing programs to enhance workforce capabilities and support business growth. Develop and maintain competitive compensation strategies through market analysis, pay surveys, and providing expert guidance to business units. Prepare proposals for annual salary reviews and bonus distributions, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Review, refine, and enforce HR policies and procedures, leveraging current HR systems and recommending enhancements as needed. Manage and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, leave, and other employee welfare initiatives. Support internal communication efforts by partnering with the corporate communications team to ensure consistent messaging across the organization. Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
