Job Overview Arris Composites is seeking a Production Engineer with experience in high volume part production, preferably with composite components. The Production Engineer should ideally have 4+ years’ experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and be comfortable addressing day-to-day issues on production lines. You enjoy tackling issues the moment they happen and utilize your engineering and manufacturing skillset to properly determine root-cause and preventive actions. You have a hands-on personality and can work collaboratively with other Engineering disciplines and Operations to reach a common resolution. As our Production Engineer, You Will: ● Optimize processes that use composite materials to create end-use parts in high volume production. ● Deeply understand the process conditions needed to achieve target specifications (e.g. mechanical, thermal, dimensional, surface finish, etc.) and operational goals (e.g. throughput, yield, manufacturability) for high volume production. ● Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues to ensure production will produce quality parts. ● Work with NPI Manufacturing Engineering to successfully transfer product and process conditions from NPI to Mass Production. ● Supervise the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient, cost-effective manner. ● Be able to think creatively through production issues and follow standard protocol for documenting and correcting issues. ● Keep records of initial equipment setup and changes during equipment lifecycle. ● Estimate technical risk and time to complete tasks using production data. ● Use lean manufacturing toolbox (SOP, Work Instructions, PFMEA, 8D, 5Why, PPAP, etc) to statistically deduce information from data. ● 優化使用複合材料大量生產最終用途零件的製程。 ● 深入了解實現目標規格（例如機械、熱、尺寸、表面光潔度等）和大量生產營運目標（例如產量、產量、可製造性）所需的製程條件。 ● 排除故障並解決製造問題以確保生產出優質的零件。 ● 與 NPI 製造工程部門合作，成功將產品和製程條件從 NPI 轉移到大量生產。 ● 監督製造過程，確保以安全、有效率、經濟的方式完成高品質的工作。 ● 能夠創造性地思考生產問題並遵循標準協議來記錄和糾正問題。 ● 保留設備初始設定和設備生命週期內變更的記錄。 ● 使用生產資料估計技術風險和完成任務的時間。 ● 使用精實製造工具箱（SOP、工作說明、PFMEA、8D、5Why、PPAP 等）從資料中統計推斷資訊。

Job Overview Arris Composites is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement & Sales Assistant to support daily purchasing and sales-related operations. This role will work closely with the Procurement & Sales Manager to handle documentation, follow-ups, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is flexible, adaptable, and able to respond to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Your view of composites is about to change. ●Responsibilities: • Manage our accounting daily activities and finance operations including, but not limited to, the general ledger, tax, payroll, accounts payable & receivable and cash management • Lead our monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and all associated activities to ensure integrity and accuracy of financial statements • Responsible for inventory accounting and cost accounting with standard cost set up and maintenance • Establish and maintain accounting policies and procedures and enhance the internal control environment • Act as primary liaison to the external auditors and other external service providers • Manage, mentor and develop staff members on the team for all day to day activities, contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture with the highest integrity and sense of ownership • Work cross functionally to support other business units • Provide technical accounting leadership on significant accounting transactions • Drive improvements in existing and new reporting systems to increase efficiencies, enhance processes, automate activities and reduce reporting timelines • Execute on special projects as needed within finance and accounting organization and across various Company functions
