【About the role】 Hytech is seeking a forward-thinking Manager of Software Security Architecture to lead the strategy, development, and execution of a world-class application security program. This highly technical leadership role will define the vision for embedding security throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including modern AI and machine learning platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in secure software development, application security engineering, CI/CD automation, and integrating security into traditional, cloud-native, and AI-enabled environments. You will lead a global team of security engineers, build scalable developer-focused security solutions, and shape security strategies across engineering, infrastructure, DevOps, and data science teams. What this job involves: [Program Ownership & Strategy]: 1. Own and advance the enterprise application security program, including vision, technical strategy, and execution. 2. Define and implement scalable, modern AppSec practices for cloud-native and AI-enabled development. 3. Represent application security in enterprise architecture, risk, and compliance initiatives. 4. In this role, you will be the frontline guardian of our cloud-native production environment, monitoring system health, responding to incidents, and supporting our DevOps ecosystem. You will be responsible for supporting 24×7 network operations, proactively monitoring infrastructure, and driving automation initiatives to ensure high availability, performance, and rapid incident response. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud-based network infrastructure. (有效監控、診斷並持續優化雲端網路基礎設施的效能與穩定性) 2. Configure and maintain firewalls, load balancers, routers, and switches. (設定與管理防火牆、負載平衡器、路由器及交換器，確保網路設備穩定運作) 3. Monitor network traffic using AWS CloudWatch, VPC Flow Logs, and third-party monitoring tools. (透過 AWS CloudWatch、VPC Flow Logs 及第三方監控工具分析與追蹤網路流量，提升可視性與問題反應速度) [Cloud Network Architecture & Deployment]: 1. Design, deploy, and manage AWS cloud networking solutions (VPCs, Subnets, Route Tables, NACLs, Security Groups, Transit Gateway, VPN, Direct Connect). (設計、部署並管理 AWS 雲端網路架構，包括 VPC、子網路、路由表、網路 ACL、安全群組、Transit Gateway、VPN 與 Direct Connect 等服務) 2. Configure and optimize AWS networking services like AWS Transit Gateway, AWS Global Accelerator, and AWS PrivateLink. (設定並優化 AWS 網路服務，例如 Transit Gateway、Global Accelerator 與 PrivateLink，以提升網路效能與可靠性) 3. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of network infrastructure using best practices. (依循業界最佳實務，確保網路基礎設施具備高可用性、優異效能與高度安全性) [Network Automation & Scripting]: 1. Implement network automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, Bash, or Python scripts for log and resource management. (使用 Terraform、CloudFormation、Bash 或 Python 腳本進行網路自動化，提升日誌處理與資源管理的效率與一致性) [Security & Compliance]: 1. Work closely with Security teams to enforce network security policies. Support IT operations for overseas companies, providing remote technical assistance. (協助Hytech集團海外單位IT運營，提供遠程技術支持) 2. Assist with information budgeting, procurement, and payment process management. (協助資訊預算編列、採購及付款流程管理) 3. Set up and delete accounts (email, VPN, domain, etc.) for new hires and departing employees. (處理新進及離職人員的信箱、VPN、網域等帳號的建立與刪除) 4. Arrange hardware equipment for new hires and departing employees. (安排新進及離職人員的硬體設備) 5. Troubleshoot remote hardware issues, including computers, printers, network phones, and wired/wireless networks. (遠程排除電腦、印表機、網路電話、有線/無線網路等硬體故障) 6. Perform remote OS installations, data backup and transfer, software, and driver installations. (執行遠程作業系統安裝、資料備份與轉移、軟體與驅動程式安裝) 7. Create and maintain SOP documentation. (編寫並維護SOP文件) 8. Manage asset inventory. (管理資產盤點) 9. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors. (完成其他主管指派任務)
