｜About the Role｜ We're looking for a forward-thinking Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join our team. In this strategic role, you'll drive critical insights that shape business decisions and influence the company’s financial direction. From budgeting and forecasting to in-depth financial analysis, you’ll work across functions to deliver high-impact recommendations that fuel sustainable growth. ｜What Will You Do｜ • Lead financial planning activities, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-term strategic financial planning • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying variances between actual results and budget/forecast, and providing actionable insights • Conduct detailed financial and operational analysis to highlight trends, risks, and opportunities that support data-driven decision-making • Partner with business units to understand key performance drivers and provide financial advice that influences strategic and operational initiatives • Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership review • Support scenario modeling, investment analysis, and cost-benefit evaluations to guide business growth and efficiency • Contribute to board and executive presentations, ensuring clear communication of financial performance and strategic implications • Maintain and improve financial models, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and alignment with evolving business needs • Collaborate on finance system improvements and automation initiatives to enhance reporting speed, accuracy, and data integrity • Ensure compliance and data consistency in financial reporting, and support internal and external audit processes as needed ｜Who You Are｜ • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or FP&A • Strong command of Excel and data modeling; experience with financial tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) is a plus • Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to simplify complex data for business leaders • Capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks, and delivering under pressure in a dynamic environment
