Your role will involve daily coordination and communication across internal sales consultants, different departments (payroll, expense, travel team and more) that sits either in Taiwan or across APAC. You will also be supporting and communicating with all personnel (new hire)'s onboarding process or handling existing personnel's monthly inquiries / requests. Job description: • Oversee day-to-day operations (coordination, document preparation, data management/filing, and support manager with any adhoc) to ensure timely and efficient task completion. • Demonstrates team work to achieve all area/discipline/client demands to ensure consistency of service. • Manage expat Woking Permit, ARC and visa application processes in compliance with Taiwan's regulations. • Ensure contractor onboarding and offboarding meets all compliance requirements set by the Taiwan government legal framework, clients, and internal (NESF) standards. • Support monthly payroll processing, timesheet submission and expense claims, communication with regional teams and external vendors. • Conduct regular check-ins with contractors and address any concerns or issues promptly, including contractor/personnel's issues escalated. • Coordinate with sales and travel teams to arrange training, flights, accommodation, and other necessary logistics. • Proactively assists consultants by obtaining project information or potential leads from contractors. • Provides suggestions for improvements in internal processes/practices to drive efficiency Potential Candidates: * Minimal 3 years of work experience * Experience in operation coordination/customer service or similar roles is preferred. * Ability to multitask with excellent time management * Fluent of Mandarin and English * Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
