主要職責
1.銷售執行與業績達成
新客戶開發與目標追蹤: 根據公司策略,主動開拓新市場,並透過監控與報告銷售表現,確保團隊達成年度業績目標
掌握客戶需求:提供契合需求的產品與解決方案
業務策略制定: 深入了解產業動態與競爭者情報,制定具備市場競爭力的銷售策略,確保業績目標的達成
2.客戶關係建立與管理
客戶關係經營: 保持與客戶的密切聯繫,強化與客戶的長期關係,並能精準掌握客戶需求,提升客戶滿意度與忠誠度
發掘潛在商機:透過提出問題和觀察,將客戶需求轉化為具體合作計畫
3.數據分析與策略優化
CRM系統運用及維護:運用CRM與銷售數據,分析市場趨勢及客戶行為。也確保所有客戶互動與銷售進程皆準確記錄於CRM系統中,以便於後續追蹤與數據分析
策略優化:透過觀察反思不足,並使用數據洞察以優化銷售流程與策略
4.市場開發與競爭分析
研究市場動態、競爭環境與產業趨勢,提出市場拓展建議

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution and Target Achievement
•New Customer Development & Target Tracking: Proactively explore new markets in line with company strategy, and monitor sales performance to ensure the team achieves annual revenue goals
•Understanding Customer Needs: Provide products and solutions that align with customer requirements
•Business Strategy Formulation: Gain deep insights into industry dynamics and competitor intelligence to develop competitive sales strategies and ensure target achievement
2. Customer Relationship Building and Management
•Relationship Management: Maintain close communication with clients, strengthen long-term partnerships, and identify customer needs to improve satisfaction and loyalty
•Opportunity Identification: Through questioning and observation, translate customer needs into concrete cooperation plans
3. Data Analysis and Strategy Optimization
•CRM Utilization and Maintenance: Leverage CRM and sales data to analyze market trends and customer behaviors, while ensuring all customer interactions and sales processes are accurately recorded for future tracking and analysis
•Strategy Optimization: Identify gaps through observation and reflection, and use data insights to refine sales processes and strategies
4. Market Development and Competitive Analysis
•Market Research: Study market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry trends to propose market expansion recommendations
•Market Development Execution: Support the planning and implementation of market development to drive growth in new markets
Requirements
Professional Knowledge & Skills
•Possess in-depth knowledge of the IT, electronics, or display industries. Able to identify market trends precisely and formulate effective sales strategies
•Proficient in B2B sales, including independent client acquisition, contract negotiation, and relationship maintenance
•Proficient in business English, able to communicate with overseas partners
•Be skilled in sales data analysis and CRM system applications, using data to optimize sales processes
