Job description: • Lead formulation and optimization: Develop and refine CMP slurry and PCMP cleaner for advanced semiconductor manufacturing processes. • Collaborate with TSMC: Work closely with TSMC and other partners to ensure successful integration of products into their production lines. • Cross-functional teamwork: Collaborate with technical sales, QC & EHS, and Lab teams to drive product development and process optimization. • Experimental analysis: Conduct experiments, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and yield. • Team management: Manage a team of scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance and mentoring to achieve project goals. • Industry awareness: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in CMP and PCMP technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation. • Supplier and partner relations: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and external partners to ensure timely availability of high-quality raw materials. Qualifications: • Education: Ph.D. in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in the semiconductor industry, focusing on CMP slurry and PCMP cleaner development. • Track record: Proven success in product development and process integration. • Collaboration: Experience working with key industry partners like TSMC. • Leadership skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities. • Analytical skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Communication skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 主要為半導體製程之研磨劑、洗淨劑相關配方研發及客戶端技術支援

Job description ・Technical support of customer Contact to project owner and discuss about technical issue Update of evaluation results ・Development of chemical solution for Semiconductor manufacturing process Leading of product development Technical discussion with Taiwan/Japan site RD members Career Over 2-3 years experienced of RD field in chemical supplier for Semiconductor Or fresh graduates from graduate school (Experience of formulation design of CMP products(slurry and post clean) and functional clean products preferred) Chemical company preferred Having experience both development and technical support preferred 主要為半導體製程之研磨劑、洗淨劑相關配方研發及客戶端技術支援

Job Duties: 1. Negotiate and discuss with domestic suppliers including the following items a. Product issue in customer b. Product spec. tightening c. Process improvement/Facility upgrade d. PCN project execution, Progress Management e. Other related QA events. 2. Collect necessary information (problem understanding/customer requirement/root cause) of the above customer requests precisely. 3. Explain customer request and discuss with QC/QA Dep./Manufacturing Dep in Taiwan/Japan 4. Raw material supplier control a. Contact new raw material suppliers for QC/QA-related items. b. Assists with on-site supplier audits, sets specifications with vendors, and oversees supplier continuous quality improvement. 5. Strong time management and or ganization skills are required. 6. Good presentation skills,self-motivation,easy to work within a group environment. 7. Quick problem-solving skills,communication in-depth with suppliers, vendors, and internal/external customers. 8. Work closely with R&D, Production, Quality Control, EHS, Logistics, Sales, and other groups on various projects. 9. Make suggestions to management for improving this position or work processes. 10. Requirement: 1. Education background: chemistry major with master or above degree is preferred 2. Working background: 2 years semiconductor wet cleaning or related experiences in chemical industries is preferred 3.English: Proficient which can with Japanese guys by English 4.Chinese: Native 5.Others: Good at multi-tasking, sincere and polite personality Job Description: 1. Handle the followings with customers, suppliers and so on as RD engineer. a. RD production management Produce 10-1,000kg scale production Measure necessry measurement items Control quality based on data Manage all procurement including raw material, consumables and so on Manage resource for production and measurement Manage shipment b.Technical development Decide our production method Improve our product and raw material quality by filtration, purification and so on Install and set-up new produc tion and measurement tools Refine existing production and measurement c. Customer support Handle customer requirements as RD engineer for developed/developing products 2. Make suggestions and execute actions as continuous improvement on above. 3. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirement: 1. Education background: chemistry major with master or above degree is preferred 2. Working background: >5 years semiconductor wet cleaning or related experiences in chemical industries is preferred. (plus if familiar with semi & wet cleans industry) 3. Language skill: English is must Job Duties: 1. Oversee technical account responsibilities for developed/developing materials. Drive customers’ project with technical aspect. 2. Communicate with customer and feed-back into on-going development activities within R&D 3. Handle day to day support of key customers’ activity 4. Develop novel wet cleaning chemistry to meet with customers’ requirement. 5. Develop in-house testing method to match with customers’ data.
